Service Terms and Conditions

Punctuality

In order to provide the best learning experience, students should arrive on time. Time lost due to late arrival will not be made up. It is recommended that students should arrive at the Studio 5 minutes earlier to settle down.

Cancellation of Service

Cancellation must be submitted to Soundness Studio official WhatsApp (5400 6486) or telephone (3184 0018) at least 24 hours before the session. Absence without prior notice will not be made up or refunded. The additional requirements of several specific situations are as following –

Medical Leave

Session cancelled due to teacher or student’s sickness will be made up. Students have to apply for medical leave with a medical certificate.

Vacation or Personal Leave

Prior (24hrs ahead) notice of vacation is required. Made up session will be arranged.

 

​

Weather Conditions

Session is cancelled as per government policy such as typhoon or rainstorm alerts. Detailed arrangement should be referred to the Studio’s “Severe Weather Conditions Protocol”. Made up session will be arranged.

Group Sessions

No made up session will be arranged regardless of condition.

​

​

Withdrawal of Service

Paid session will not be refunded. Special consideration may be made at the Studio’s discretion for unavoidable situations.

Late Payment

Any payment for the Studio’s service must be settled on or prior to the first day of session. Late or partial payment will be subject to a fee of $100 per instance.

House Rules

Clients have to comply with the Studio’s “House Rules”. It is established to ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff, which is of our paramount concern. 

 

​

Attendance to Children

This is the parents/guardian’s responsibility to ensure children being attended by an adult anytime at the Studio except in the classroom.
